Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

- The product differs significantly from the description on our website
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, flowers)
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
How to Request a Return

- Provide details — Describe the issue and include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- Wait for approval — Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item — Send the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Mobile Money, bank account, etc.).
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
